Department specific attributes for career page
Can I create department specific attributes for the career page? For example if one department has certain requirements that another department does not have, is it possible to set it so that applications for one department would show different mandatory attributes to be filled out by applicants? onboarding and off boarding notifications to IT
Hi,We have been asked by our IT department on so many occasions now to look into our onboarding and offboarding steps as they don't receive the notifications or it has been very hit and miss.am i right thinking managers must tick their system task before IT receives the next notification. Has anyone had any similar issues and what is that we are missing- it has been very challenging for the past 9 months as they keep saying they don't receive it.ThanksFatemeh
Onboarding workflow does not work once email gets changed from private to work
Hi, I wonder if anyone has come across this issue: when we have a newhire, for the pre-onboarding purposes we create an account in Personio with their private email address and assign onboarding flow. Once the employment date comes, we change the email from private to work one and the onboarding flow stops working: we get error messages once trying to send emails and documents to newhire etc. Has anyone come across such situation and what could be the issue/solution to this?

Currently, templates used for document creation in Documents tab are not editable. Once created document and then in case of any need to update the document, it must be deleted and re-done once again and saved. In the Recruitment field we can always modify the offer and re-send it to the candidate, is it possible to transfer this feature also to Documents?
Personal account for an onboarding employee
Hello!Do I have any possibilities to create a personal account for a new onboarding employee, which doesn’t have a work email address yet (from moment of signing contract to the first work day), so that a new employee could log into his own Personio account with his private email address?Example: a new employee was interviewed and received a work contract. Until the first working day this person doesn’t have a personal work email address. I would like to give a possibility to a new employee to have its own profile with his own private email to log into. This person should be able to see all work-relating documents into his own account.Thanks!
Approving own absence requests
Dear Personio Team,Employees can approve a 'Paid Vacation' absence by themselves when It should be approved only by their Supervisor.Everything is setup correctly on Personio (Employee Roles + Approvals). Salary reminders/Datev intgration
Dear all, wwe have a German site with a DATEV Integration and two non german locations without Datev integration.When it comes to the 10th we are getting reminders to check the salaries and sign them off.For the non German locations in the Salary section I get the “error” message that I need to check my Mandanten and Beraternummer for the DATEV integration.Can this be swirtched off somehow? Best practice for using Personio across multiple countries
Hi there, We recently rolled out Personio in our HQ and are looking at options to use it in our country offices - 3500 staff across around 15 countries. Can anyone share their set-up or tips for managing across multiple locations? Areas I’m particularly interested in are:Do you have all countries managed in one Personio account or are they decentralised?If you manage through one, do the local HR teams modify the settings etc or is that all managed at your HQ?Have you managed to restrict access for your local HR users so they can’t accidentally modify the settings for everyone?! I’d really welcome advice here as I’m trying to visualise how it would all work. Would we be creating a monster if we had everyone in the one instance?!
The Upward Review does not appear for my employees in the cycle or feedback tab
Hi all!I’ve launched an annual interview cycle with an upward feedback to fill up (I made up the form in the settings and saved it first) but it does not appear for my employees. They do see their forms and also the peer one but not the Upward one. I have no idea what’s the problem here...Any advice?Thanks a lot!!!
How to close absence & attendance period?
(How) Can we close a period so that the employees can no longer change/add attendance and absence data for the previous month? I.e. we would like that everyone tracks attendance and absences until the beginning of the following monht. After checking the data we want to disable the option that employees can do any changes. (At least we want to have to option to approve those changes which have been done after a specific day in the month.)I couldn’t find anything in regards to this. Can anyone help? 🙏
Future absences report
Hello,I’m looking for a report that mamangers can run about planned absences with dates. I found how to run report about number of days but not with dates.For example: bigining of March, they want to run a report about planned leave for their team for the whole month with dates for each team members.Do you know how to do it?Many thanks in advance for your help.
Offboarding workflow & end date
Hi everyone,I would like to know how others are setting the termination of employees in Personio, as I am new to this HRIS!Once you have set someone on "termination of employment", do you also change the "contract end date" on the employee profile>>HR information for those employees on a permanent contract?I have realized that, if we don't do this, the exit date won't be reflected in other reports or the offboarding workflow. And it would be pretty interesting to know how many employees we have in offboarding but also when exactly they are leaving. Appreciate your support 🙏🏽
