Workaround for approval
Hi Dear Community,For those of you who use time tracking with approval - I'm curious to see how you have solved the notifications to the manager about approving the times?If notifications are on, they get one email per time entry, meaning at least one notification per day. This is way too much for our managers who already get emails frequently. At the moment the solution is to email them once/month to remind them to approve the hours for their employees, but this is of course manual work.Anyone who has a recommendation for a more automated workaround?Linda
Pending signature tab in workflow hub
As an Administrator I can see pending signature on the workflow hub. Is there a way to allow certain manager to also be able to access this so they can see who has a pending signature? This would be very helpful for my HR colleagues and managers who are not administrators. We do not want to have to go in to each individual file to see if someone signed a document.

Example: Work Anniversary to Company updates , Birthday to Team Celebrations, Absence for Management channel …. So far I only found a way to share the info for one unique channel…..
36 hours work week & Vacation calculation - the NL
Hey all,Coming with a question from the lowlands :D We are currently having a number of employees that work 36 hours per week. We’d like Personio to automatically update the outstanding vacation days once it knows that the employee has switched from 40 hours to 36 hours. Currently, Personio is able to do that for 32 hours, but it seems that 36 hours does not automatically trigger Personio to make the right changes. Is an update coming to introduce this automatic rule? And has somebody though of a work around that has little to no human error in it?Thanks,Hristo
Hi, I want to give our external Recruiters (Headhunter) access to Personio so the can upload profiles etc.and so this can also be reflected on our reporting's. I understand there are two options for this:Option A: Create a separate recruiting channel for each external recruiter. Option B: Create a separate employee profile in Personio for each external recruiterHowever, for Option A: we would not be able to communicate within Personio with the external recruiter and give them feedback on the profile. Because the can only upload the profile. And for Option B: The external recruiter would have to be assigned to the position and even with very restricted access/viewing rights, they will still be able to see how many applications coming in and also the names of the candidates, which is not ideal from a Data security perspective. Customisable columns in the Recruitment Candidate Overview
Dear all & Personio, seeing personio does not offer CV parsing, one workaround would be to ensure that Recruitment Candidate Overview List/Columns are customisable in order so that key data which has been entered by candidates at the application screen (eg salary, start date, whether someone speaks certain languages, what uni degree they have etc) can be displayed in the list, therefore allows filtering and bulk actions (eg bulk reject due to no university match, salary or start date).It would be great to get this actioned asap in order so that personio can handle high volume vacancies.many thanks-Sim
Unable to Add Team when Creating New Employees via API
I’m developing an API integration with Personio and when trying to create a new Employee record, I’m unable to pass a value for team. I’m using ‘team’ as the field identifier but the value does not pass through. Should we be able to pass team? Is there another identifier we should be using?
Deleting feedback- really important!
Hello,I’ve read in other post that there is no option for deleting a feedback given to employee, but it is really important to have this option.Namely, before the new P&D module, we used the P&D tab for 1.1 meets with HR and we wrote different sensitive comments for each employee. Now all those comments are available to the employees and it is causing us big trouble.Please consider this as an option or give as some special permission to delete them as soon as possible.Thank you.Bojana
Personio Conversations - combining two or more requests in one
Hi,Is there a possibility to combine two (or more) requests in one - attach additional related requests/tickets together to an initial request which was received as first? I know there is an option to create a “project” putting together several requests and have several team members assigned to it, but I have in mind one topic that is being discussed between the same requestor and one of the experts (a simple request, not a project as such).

Contract end dates in Events Calendar
Hi! Is there a way to add the ‘Contract ends’ attribute date to the Events Calendar. I can’t seem to find this? This is helpful when planning contract renewals, and helps mitigate and risks of team members looking for other contracts. Seeing this in calendar view would be really helpful (rather than just an email reminder).
EVALUATION SCALE METHOD
The evaluation scale method enamble only integer grade from 1 to 5. Further in the summary table records are not sortable by evaluation. Therefore my suggestion is to have a single numerical value which sintetize the overall evaluation. The scale is regulated by internal policy (i.e. from 1 to 100, from 0 to 30 with comma). This value can be imported by excel and overwritten.At the end you can sort in Personio by this metric, for instance in the “evaluation” feald. There are many evaluation policy, criteria and data analytics appied to companies evaluation processes. Anyway you will always come up to a ranking sorted by a certain metric. Keep track at least of one custom metric is crucial. You could keep the current calculation system by weights as default number, which can manually or by import be changed. Thanks, Luigi
Viewing substitutes in the calendar view
Hi, on the global calendar view I cannot see if someone is on leave but I do not see who the substitute is for that person during the leave.I believe we used to be able to see that on the chart directly. anyone knows what setting is required to see leave including substitute on a global calendar view level.ThanksMarc
In our current setup we see annual leave available, taken and planned. Planned only shows if it has been approved already but not when it is just requested. Can I see that anywhere?I e. an extra line of requested leaves.Just so that the employee sees how much leave he can still request should the already requested go through.thanks
How do I find employee with certain Document?

Bug: Not being able to see the top bar with categories of my employees
Hello community, a hiring manager contacted me that they can't see the top bar when viewing an employee's profile (see photo). I am guessing this is some sort of bug since I as admin don't have the problem. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?Thanks in advance! Nadja
Flexible part-time working days - vacation calculation
Hi there,After reading through multiple Q&A here (great and helpful forum!) it’s still not 100% clear.We have a few part time employees (max. 20h/week) that need to work flexibly: ranging from 2 days a week 10h to 5 days 4h, on alternating days.According to my understanding the pro rata vacation entitlement needs to be calculated on an hourly basis.Do I understand the other answers to this topic correctly, that this can only be calculated manually? Thanks!
