Future absences report

Hello,I’m looking for a report that mamangers can run about planned absences with dates. I found how to run report about number of days but not with dates.For example: bigining of March, they want to run a report about planned leave for their team for the whole month with dates for each team members.Do you know how to do it?Many thanks in advance for your help.

Offboarding workflow & end date

Hi everyone,I would like to know how others are setting the termination of employees in Personio, as I am new to this HRIS!Once you have set someone on "termination of employment", do you also change the "contract end date" on the employee profile>>HR information for those employees on a permanent contract?I have realized that, if we don't do this, the exit date won't be reflected in other reports or the offboarding workflow. And it would be pretty interesting to know how many employees we have in offboarding but also when exactly they are leaving. Appreciate your support 🙏🏽

Editable offer letter

HelloIs there a way to be able to edit offer letter sent to the candidate when the candidate bounce back it (negotiations)?Instead deleting and creating new letter (or employment contract) is it possible to re-open already created one and just edit and send it again to the candidate with updated details?Also is there a way to remind candidate (or employee) to sign documents that have been sent to them? Unfortunately there is no “remind” button for now, unless the system send reminders by default?

Dear Personio Team,Employees can approve a 'Paid Vacation' absence by themselves when It should be approved only by their Supervisor.Everything is setup correctly on Personio (Employee Roles + Approvals). How to create Team Goals and Company Goals?

Hi! I’m Rachel, Head of People at Wonderbly. We recently implemented Personio and I’m excited to have a HRIS where we can store all our performance goals - we’ve been relying on Google Suite for way too long! My question is: how do we create Team Goals and Company Goals? I see that it’s possible to link a new Key Result within a goal to a Team Goal or a Company Goal, so I know it must be possible; I just can’t for the life of me work out how. I know how to configure individual goals through the Performance tab of each individual’s profile. It’s the overarching organisational goals that have me scratching my head. Any help gratefully appreciated!

Candidate Data Export to CSV file is missing data

We have an issue with the Export function in Personio Recruiting.We used the Personio Application Export csv. for all applications for example between January 26th - February 9th.One candidate’s name and info (stages, disqualification reason, etc.) was completely missing, and after checking they definitely appear in our rejected funnel in the Recruiting platform. This makes any reports we try to make with the data from this csv. innacurate.We would like to understand the reason for this, how it can be fixed and if there is anything to do from our side?

How to unpublish a role that is still active?

Hi all,we have a role that is still active (we are in the recruitment phase), however I don’t want the job post to appear anymore, since we had a deadline for applications. I’ve tried to unpublish it but it makes it a draft again. If I move if to archive, I am not sure the platform will still see it as an “active” job. Any help? Thanks

Pending signature tab in workflow hub

As an Administrator I can see pending signature on the workflow hub. Is there a way to allow certain manager to also be able to access this so they can see who has a pending signature? This would be very helpful for my HR colleagues and managers who are not administrators. We do not want to have to go in to each individual file to see if someone signed a document.

36 hours work week & Vacation calculation - the NL

Hey all,Coming with a question from the lowlands :D We are currently having a number of employees that work 36 hours per week. We’d like Personio to automatically update the outstanding vacation days once it knows that the employee has switched from 40 hours to 36 hours. Currently, Personio is able to do that for 32 hours, but it seems that 36 hours does not automatically trigger Personio to make the right changes. Is an update coming to introduce this automatic rule? And has somebody though of a work around that has little to no human error in it?Thanks,Hristo

Hi everyone, in order for employees to see not only approved but also the amount of already requested (but not yet approved) leave days at a central place I would suggest to add a line in the leave section (under planned) that says “requested annual leave” RegardsMB

Customisable columns in the Recruitment Candidate Overview

Dear all & Personio, seeing personio does not offer CV parsing, one workaround would be to ensure that Recruitment Candidate Overview List/Columns are customisable in order so that key data which has been entered by candidates at the application screen (eg salary, start date, whether someone speaks certain languages, what uni degree they have etc) can be displayed in the list, therefore allows filtering and bulk actions (eg bulk reject due to no university match, salary or start date).It would be great to get this actioned asap in order so that personio can handle high volume vacancies.many thanks-Sim

Employee Goals - reminders

Is there a way to set up reminders to employees to check their goals page and update progress? At the moment it relies on employees memory to complete them and it might also be helpful if they appeared in the ‘tasks’ section on the homepage/ dashboard of the employee..

Unable to Add Team when Creating New Employees via API

I’m developing an API integration with Personio and when trying to create a new Employee record, I’m unable to pass a value for team. I’m using ‘team’ as the field identifier but the value does not pass through. Should we be able to pass team? Is there another identifier we should be using?

Contract end dates in Events Calendar

Hi! Is there a way to add the ‘Contract ends’ attribute date to the Events Calendar. I can’t seem to find this? This is helpful when planning contract renewals, and helps mitigate and risks of team members looking for other contracts. Seeing this in calendar view would be really helpful (rather than just an email reminder).

EVALUATION SCALE METHOD

The evaluation scale method enamble only integer grade from 1 to 5. Further in the summary table records are not sortable by evaluation. Therefore my suggestion is to have a single numerical value which sintetize the overall evaluation. The scale is regulated by internal policy (i.e. from 1 to 100, from 0 to 30 with comma). This value can be imported by excel and overwritten.At the end you can sort in Personio by this metric, for instance in the “evaluation” feald. There are many evaluation policy, criteria and data analytics appied to companies evaluation processes. Anyway you will always come up to a ranking sorted by a certain metric. Keep track at least of one custom metric is crucial. You could keep the current calculation system by weights as default number, which can manually or by import be changed. Thanks, Luigi

Viewing substitutes in the calendar view

Hi, on the global calendar view I cannot see if someone is on leave but I do not see who the substitute is for that person during the leave.I believe we used to be able to see that on the chart directly. anyone knows what setting is required to see leave including substitute on a global calendar view level.ThanksMarc
