Offboarding Overdue in WorkFlow is Empty
Been testing out the new workflows. Have most permissions and rights, apart from full admin. We have two candidates in offboarding but they are not displaying on the overdue section of the workflow. One off the support reps suggested that its mainly usable by full admins, so we tested that, but its still not showing. Surely one would be able to see the offboarding candidates there even if you were just a manager with limited rights? Granting full admin to all employees that are to use the workflow is a bit of of a privacy risk. The candidates in offboarding also have templates assigned to them. Thank you
Integration of Circula Benefits into the payroll
We are currently setting up our personio account including the circula interface. In circula we are using the benefits options, that allows lunch subsidies and a mobility budget. My question is how are you now adding this into the personio salary part? Since lunch is based on the actual usage (max 15days with 6,67€ subsidy), I am uncertain if i should add a fixed amount or what to enter? And with the mobility support would you add the budget of x€, also there irrespective of usage? Maybe somebody of you has experience here and can share something.thanksBastia
Non-supervisor (still manager) performance review
Hi everyone, Wondering if someone can help! I’m trying to set up a performance review cycle. Specifically, it would be from a senior HR employee to a general employee. Since the HR employee isn’t listed as a supervisor, it won’t work as a ‘manager review’, and I don’t want dual sided feedback as in a ‘peer review’. Any suggestions? Basically, the senior HR employee acting as the supervisor just for the purpose of this review. Thank you for the help!

Hiring Speed: Time to hire vs. time to fill
Dear Personio team, I had a deeper look into the “Hiring Speed” report and I found the time to hire calculation a bit confusing. In the definition it says: “Average time from application date to the hire date (date of candidate acceptance).” I have three more questions on thisAre you tracking the acceptance by the date where the application is moved from offer to acceptance or by the date where an actual employee profile is created for a new hire? I was wondering why the Job Opening / Job Position is not considered compared to the date of application: when I look at the time to hire I want to know how long it really takes to get a hire for a certain position/opening. Are there any plans to extend the metric to also account for a potential time lag between “need for a new hire arises” and “right application comes in”? Hello there,Some employees don’t go by their first full name at work, so I think would be helpful to have an additional field for the Public Profile for a nickname or public name.This might be helpful to other colleagues who know this colleague only by their nickname or public name.Cheers!
Trust Full Working hours and project related timings
Hello. we are currently implementing our system with a standard 40hrs work week. However, the staff do not need to enter the exact timings as they are excluding overtime and workhour registration.The only thing that I am uncertain how to solve: There is a chance that the employees might work on a different project for selected hours and in order to bill for those hours, i would like the employees to only track those hours spend on the specific project. Is it an option to display this in Personio? Meaning they work without time registration, but if they work 4 hours on project xyz they just add those hours in their calendar and the rest are wihtout specific time registration?
Not receiving email notification as interviewer
I set up a test-interview for myself in Personio and was expecting to get notified via mail. However, I didn't receive any invite in my inbox (as interviewer). I set up the notification rights in "settings -> recruitment -> roles" so that the Recruiter is notified for everything. What is going wrong?Thanks!
Conditional automated reply (language)
Hi!I am looking for a solution where you can send automated replies in the recruiting process based on the location of the applicant or based on the job posting. We created several email templates and now want to either send the English reply or the German reply. Is there any solution for that? Thanks! :)
Performance Management for Indirect Managers
The current situation:The visibility of published Performance feedback forms is limited to only the related employee, their direct line manager and account administrators, as these are seen as confidential information saved for the discussion between an employee and their direct manager. I would suggest to make this visible for indirect managers as well. In our company, managers who manage managers/supervisors support them in doing performance management withinin their team. It would be great if they would have access to their indirect reports as well. For example: Our Customer Service Manager has a team of 3 Teamleader (direct reports). Our teamleaders have teams of +/- 8 Customer Service Agents (indirect reports). It would be great if our Customer Service Manager could access the performance review of the Customer Service Agents as well.

How to make comment field in Personio mandatory
Hello everyone,I was wondering how did you solve the the problem with making a certain filed mandatory? Precisely, we have created an absence type called Emergency day and when an employee requests this type of absence there is a field called Comment which is optional; is there any way to make the field Comment mandatory? I know that at the moment that is not possible in Personio, but I was hoping maybe to get some ideas how did you encourage your employees to fill out this field or this type of field? Action not restricted for candidates´ page.
When I want to do an action for a candidates´ selection, choosing all only means all included in the current page. If you have more candidates selected along several pages, you will need to replicate the same action for each page. I think page´s selection is a good idea but it will be very helpful to have the possibility of a real ALL selection for a concrete candidate´s discrimination: inside a phase with a concrete tag, etc.
Employee List - selecting all users
When using the edit attribute in the employee list to make an edit for selected employees the entered employee selection is removed when I go to the next page to select more employees.The workaround I currently use is to filter the employees so I only have a one page group. This works, but it is unnecessary work and it would be good to be able to make an employee selection across multiple pages that allows me to select employees once then use the “edit attribute” function. Newly-added recruiting phase not appearing in any positions
Hi Community!I recently added a new recruiting phase to our process, however it doesn’t show up for all candidates - sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m really not sure what the reason for this is, has anyone experienced this before?
Export Absences - calendar view
Hi everyone, I was wondering if that is a way we can export the calendar view absences from Personio directly to an excel document?I can export a version of the absences from payroll but it could help us to have the calendar view as we have it in Personio exported to excel. Can anyone help me with it?
