Hallo in die Runde, aktuell sind wir auf dem Stand, dass alle Mitarbeiter eingerichtet werden, so dass wir ab dem 01.02. dann starten können.Nun habe ich das Problem, dass den Mitarbeitern jede Menge Minusstunden (seit Beginn des Arbeitsverhältnisses) angezeigt werden ohne das die Zeiterfassung überhaupt bereits genutzt und gestartet wurde. Sorting document templates

Dear all, When navigating to an employee > documents > Create new, I get the list with our document templates. In the past, they were displayed in alphabetical order, but now they are displayed in the imported order.Is there any possibility to sort them? because it’s very inconvenient at this moment to have them randomly displayed (ant this happens because regularly we need to revise some templates and amend them). Annual leave balance on the employee list

Dear Community,Does anyone know why I do I have the following difference between:“Paid annual leave balance” on the employee list & employee/absence/paid annual leave/balances.We have the annual leave policy in hours, so I tried to calculate back to days - but still the “Paid annual leave balance” on the employee list does not match. We want to set this employee list view for all supervisor, so it is really important to have the correct numbers on the employee list. What should I do? Thanks so much for your kind help!!!!

Hi Community, I have found a very useful post in regards to garden leave (Garden leave) and I have a question to that:“Therefore you will need to hide them from the public view and to do this you can set up a custom rule in Settings > Employee roles > Access rights > Personal data > Public profile. This way the employees cannot search or view this employee’s profile going forward. As they are active also, they will continue to stay on the headcount reporting and accrue annual leave.”Can you please help me out what the custom rule should be? Absence days settings- reset the balance in new period

Hello,I couldn’t find an option for this.Namely, we want to grant 7 days per year for a particular type of absence, and we want these days to be reset on January 1st. All unused days to be deleted from the previous year, and also, all more used days to be deleted, so that each employee will always have a balance of 7 days on January 1st. I’ve tried this by creating a new policy, but it happens that all employees who used more than 7 days for this type of absence in 2023, now have less than 7 days.Is there any way, this to be set in the policy, apart from the manual adjustment of the balances for each employee? Hi!I set up the schedule in order to generally discount the hours you do not register from the overtime/balance time….My question is, why is discounted the absent hours from an approved absence that do not need to be discounted like vacations? Assistance with vacation accrual policies is needed

Dear all, we need assistance with vacation accrual policies. We use vacation leave in days and have vacation accrual based on the employee tenure. We have issues with additional vacation days accruals, they are not calculated correctly: currently they are granted all at once but should be granted as 1/12 part every month. How to stop time sheets being auto-approved?

Hi Personio Community! My team are using attendance tracking for timesheets for each day. I have set it up so that they input their project against each day. I have also set up the default approval step for attendance submissions to go to me (selected as a Specific Employee). However, whenever they complete a timesheet and save the entry it shows as approved rather than pending and I never receive an approval request. Any ideas on how to stop this automation and allow me to approve the submissions? Thank you!

Hi all, We’re processing all our absences through Personio (sick days, vacations, public holidays, etc.). So we’ve tried working with subscribing everyone to the absence calendars, so everyone can see all absences in their Google Calendar.Besides the normal requested absences and public holidays, our entire company is 3 days off every year, on days decides at the beginning of the year by management. We’d like to include those 3 days into the subsription-calendar. So I made a custom Public Holiday Calendar with the regular public holidays and added those 3 days. Now our employees won’t request those days off anymore, because they can see that the office is closed and everyone’s free.However, we’re only able to add the Public Holidays that are made by Personio itself and absences that can be requested to the subsription-calendar. But we want to add the custom Public Holidays to the subscription, but Personio doesn’t give that option.Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?Hope s

Hello Personio Team, I have a question. We hired a new employee that worked with us 2 years ago and he is starting to work with us again from 01.01.2024. We reactived his Personio profile. Unfortunately, his vacation paid details are wrong. The employee has 24 holidays. We added our holiday policy to his profile assigned from 01.01.2024. His vacation paid details said that he has -3 carryover from past years ( in 2022 he took 3 vacation paid). Could you tell me the reason about this wrong information? Why does the system take these 3 vacation paid as negative? How could we fix the amount of 21 to the correct one amount of 24. Screenshots attached. Thank you in advance!

Holiday request for teamleads

I would like to scratch the holiday request process for teamleads as the coordination of team capacities is the main reason for having a request process in the first place and this is not particularly relevant for the role of the teamlead itself. Hence, we’d like to change the holiday request in such a way that the group of teamleads does not need an approval process for the absence, but that this only triggers a notification to a superior.The latter part from my point of view can easily be solved in the workflow hub (I guess), but I’m not sure about the first part (excempting leads from the regular request process).Maybe the solution is way to obvious, but I haven’t come across it yet.Thanks!

We have employees who work different hours on different days so their holiday should be deducted in hours.I have created an absence type for taking annual leave in hours but when you go to request this leave it does it in “days” of 8 hours which seems to defeat the object?What am I missing?
