Recruitment: average number of days in phase
Is there a way to create a report that shows per position, the average number of days that applicants are in a certain recruitment phase? So basically our recruitment cycle time.We intend to respond quickly to our applicants and the recruitment team has targets for this. I'd like a report to show me whether we are meeting our targets.
Troubles with the translations on the career page
Hello everyone,I have some troubles with our career page regarding the translations. We‘d like to keep the Personio career page completely in English, that‘s why I already translated under settings > recruiting > career page things like the ‘application header’, ‘required documents content’ and the ‘headline’. But I have troubles with other things and I don‘t know how to translate them. How to tell who's calendar I am viewing while scheduling interviews
Hi,When scheduling interviews I often have to invite 2-3 people. When I view the find a slot, it brings up all appointments from each person’s calendar, but I cannot tell which appointments belong to which interviewer. I often have to open outlook on another screen to compare. For me this is important because I don’t want to schedule over a meeting on our COO or CEO’s calendar for instance without asking if it is important. I was just curious if there could be a way to have initials or something showing who the appointment belongs to. Thanks.
request to hire
Is it possible for the manager to request new hire via Personio? I would imagine a form that the manager would be able to fill out with the data (budget, duties overview, reporting lines, responsibilities, location, etc.), send for an approval to any decision-maker and such request could be a notification for the HR professional to start the recruitment process as soon as it’s approved.Is this already in Personio? if yes where it can be found ? if no is it possible to create such form to make the process automated?thank you
Recruitment: notifications via Gmail when candidates respond via Personio
Hi there,When sending emails out via Personio to candidates, is there a way we can be notified when the candidate responds either a notification from Personio to our Gmail that they have responded or their response gets sent straight to Gmail? At the moment we have to login into Personio to know whether a candidate has responded. Thank you!
Applications export: what is included in the last 3 months
Reading another post I found that the feature “applications export” (that was recommended to me as a replacement to a fully functional Recruiting API) has a changed feature: only the last 3 months are available 😓 I found this information here: https://community.personio.de/recruiting-2/bewerbungsdaten-export-seit-kurzem-nur-ueber-3-monate-moeglich-2707 My questions for you: by what date are the last three months measured: create date of an application or updated date? if it is anything else than the updated date: how can we lever the severe impact on analysing the data? Example: if someone has applied 180 days ago and now we progress with the process because he/she was in the talentpool, we will not receive the updated information right? So my final question following this will be: when will the API be featuring a proper GET recruiting data? would it be possible to change this back? I would rather wait longer for my export than missing important updates (and please don’t sent me to th

Hi,As per my knowledge, Personio doesn’t flag in any ways if a candidate applies again or to several positions. It would be very useful if it would - e.g. based on the email address. This way we would more easily stay consistent with the communication towards the candidate. This would make it also easier to companies who have several people working with recruitments.//Edda
Roles in Recruiting - Evaluation Forms Visibility
Dear Concerned, We have defined the categories, phases and everything comes under recruitment settings, we have different phases for interviews and different roles as per our need. When we done the HR interview part and then proceed further for the technical interview and assign the relevant manager, he has access to visibility of HR interview forms information, now we don’t want to show the HR interview information for technical session. We are also busy with the recruitment section. It is important to us that candidates answer pre-qualifying questions and we have set this up as attributes within the Candidate Profile section under settings. However when it pulls through to online site the form fields are in a CAPS LOCK format and I do not know how to change this?Also are we able to change the background colour or create blocks to make the questions and answer box, clearer?
Export of Company Data without new withdrawal reasons/rejections reasons
Hey, we used the company export function and found that crucial information from applications is missing: the export contains in the applications.csv the disqualification_reason_id but no actual transformation for what it stands we also checked the other CSVs in case there is maybe a mapping table but such a thing does not exist. Can you please tell me where I can get the mapping and/or when this will be fixed in the export function?
Career page - categories
Hi!I've just started with Personio and in just a few weeks the Career Page and all the different openings that we have is launched at our website. We love the new and easy way of presenting our openings. If you would like to get a quick view, visit our website: https://www.wismon.nl/werken-bij-wismonI've a detailed question on the order of the different categories, as is displayed in the career page of Personio. As you can see, at our website, we have 4 categories (in Dutch). I would like to change the order. At this moment all the openings for freelancers is viewed at first, but I would like for everyone to first see the openings for the permanetely employed (vaste medewerker) to be viewed first. Is this possible? If yes, where could I change this in the setting? I could not see an order possibility. I hope that someone has the answer!
Application vs. Job position responsibles
Hey there, we are wondering how it can be determined who is in charge of: job positions applications / applicantsBackground: We have quite often changes in who is taking care of which job positions. However, usually the recruiter that has started a process with a candidate will finish it. Therefore the question: at which level is the responsibility tracked: Is a recruiter as soon as he/she has done anything in regard to a particular applicant/application automatically the owner? what happens if a job position is switching responsibilities: does the system somehow keep track who is charge of the position currently vs. the past?
Recruiting Tab - Position / Dashboard view for Hiring Managers
Hi all,Hope you are having a nice week so far.I’ve just started using Personio and loving how user friendly it is! I am currently working with 2x Hiring Managers for a few roles, and I was wondering whether someone is able to help shed light on this. I was under the impression that by allocating Line Manager to Responsibles for the particular role it means they will get full access to the particular role they are hiring for.Whilst that is the case, it appears when they select the “Handshake” icon on the taskbar on the left, both Hiring Managers I am working with have shown a blank / empty dashboard. However, they were able to access candidates for the role when they type in the title of the role into the search bar.I’ve tried to tweak around the Settings → Recruiting → Roles section but can’t seem to figure out what the challenge is. Does anyone have a similar problem or is able to help point me in the right direction?
Create Remote positions
Currently the company is open to full remote positions country base, however we found really hard to setup the job description as “Spain”, “Netherlands”, for the limitations of the job postiong/promoting, any idea how to solve this? Our carrer page is misleading the potential candidates
Private recruiting comments?
Hi!Is it by any chance possible to share comments with only certain employees or employees with certain recruitment roles? For more sensitive information, it would be great if only the hiring manager and the recruiter could have a shared comment in Personio regarding e.g. the candidate’s salary expectations.Best,Emma
Not receiving email notification as interviewer
I set up a test-interview for myself in Personio and was expecting to get notified via mail. However, I didn't receive any invite in my inbox (as interviewer). I set up the notification rights in "settings -> recruitment -> roles" so that the Recruiter is notified for everything. What is going wrong?Thanks!
Conditional automated reply (language)
Hi!I am looking for a solution where you can send automated replies in the recruiting process based on the location of the applicant or based on the job posting. We created several email templates and now want to either send the English reply or the German reply. Is there any solution for that? Thanks! :)
Action not restricted for candidates´ page.
When I want to do an action for a candidates´ selection, choosing all only means all included in the current page. If you have more candidates selected along several pages, you will need to replicate the same action for each page. I think page´s selection is a good idea but it will be very helpful to have the possibility of a real ALL selection for a concrete candidate´s discrimination: inside a phase with a concrete tag, etc.
Newly-added recruiting phase not appearing in any positions
Hi Community!I recently added a new recruiting phase to our process, however it doesn’t show up for all candidates - sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m really not sure what the reason for this is, has anyone experienced this before?
